Dr. E. (Enno) Schröder
Holding a PhD in economics from the New School for Social Research in New York, Enno is working as an assistant professor in the Faculty of Technology, Politics and Management at the TU Delft. Before joining the faculty, he was employed as an economist at the Institute for New Economic Thinking in New York. Enno holds a Diplom (MSc equivalent) in economics from the Humboldt-University Berlin.
Enno’s research is in international macroeconomics and the economics of innovation, energy and climate. He is interested in the relationship between financial globalization, technical change, and economic performance; the notion of competitiveness and the role of technology in it; the relationship between international competition and national labor markets; the operation of macroeconomic adjustment mechanisms and the design of adjustment policies; the relationship between energy demand and economic growth.
