Delft University of Technology is proud to welcome the Technology, Management & Policy (TMP) Graduate Consortium once again for the group's 2018 annual meeting. This year the meeting with be held on Monday and Tuesday, June 18 and 19 on the TU Delft campus in The Hague. There will also be social activities on Sunday, June 17.

Hosted by TU Delft’s Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management, this event brings together doctoral students whose research is addressing a range of problems in the area of science, technology, and public policy.  The objective is for student participants to present research papers to each other and in so doing build-up an international intellectual network among peers.  Each university decides on the number of students it will nominate for the Consortium meeting and the organizers then determine the program based on the abstracts submitted. Not everyone nominated will necessarily be invited to attend. Participating faculty assess the presentations and awards are given for the best paper(s) and poster(s).

Students wishing to make either an oral presentation or poster research presentation must submit a title and approx. a 250 words abstract. Abstract submission close April 15, 2018. All proposals should be pre-screened by students’ institutions both to assure quality and the availability of travel support.

Meals indicated on the agenda will be provided by TU Delft; however, costs for all other meals, travel, accommodation, and local activities outside of those mentioned on the agenda will need to be handled by the guests themselves or by the program supporting them.

To maintain the personal and informal setting of previous consortium meetings, event attendance will be limited to those institutions within the Graduate Consortium.  Participation is by invitation only.

Abstract submission is now open (approx. 250 words) : Apply here.
Please submit by April 15, 2018.

The 2018 Consortium is also seeking faculty members as university representatives to serve as session chairs and panel judges. Faculty members interested in being a part of the conference should send an e-mail to Els van Daalen ( by April 15.

We look forward to having a great meeting this year!
