People tend to work in silos serving their own goals and interests. In practice, success is dependent on the performance of the network of silos. Sicco Santema discussed a post Covid-19 world, where network resilience will be of increased importance, in order to overcome future pandemic disruptions. How does this resilience of connections between silos work?

However, such plans are often overly complicated and wordy. Now that Covid-19 has shown us how important a recovery plan is, Rinske Geerlings shared her thoughts on making a simple plan that actually works when you need it most – whether it be for another pandemic scenario or any other disruptive event.
