At X, we have a fitness area to help you pursue your personal training goals. This space is equipped with a diverse range of exercise machines that allow you to focus on various muscle groups. Additionally, there's a dedicated area for cardio equipment, including spinning bikes and treadmills. Upstairs, you'll find materials for strength and conditioning, along with a designated area for stretching and floor exercises.

To utilize our fitness facilities at X, you'll need fitness supplement in addition to your X subscription. For detailed rate information, please visit this link. Subscriptions are linked to your TU Delft campus card, which allows you to enter the fitness area and access lockers. If you don't have a campus card, you can get an X Card. Simply inquire with the hosts at the Meeting Point desk for further details.

Our fitness operates on a reservation system. Once you've obtained the necessary subscriptions, you can reserve a timeslot through our webshop. It's essential to enter the fitness area within the first half-hour of your chosen timeslot. However, you're not obliged to leave within this timeframe and are welcome to stay as long as you like. You can book a fitness timeslot up to 7 days in advance and have up to three active bookings concurrently.

At our fitness facility, we enforce a no-show policy to encourage maximum utilization of booked timeslots. If you're unable to attend a reserved time slot, kindly cancel it at least 30 minutes prior to the start time. On your first instance of failing to cancel, you'll receive a reminder for your next booking. Should you forget to cancel twice within a 60-day period, you won't be able to make fitness reservations for one week. Please check our Terms and Conditions for more information on this policy.

You'll always find a fitness instructor available in the fitness to assist with any inquiries you may have. Furthermore, you have the option to book a private session with one of our instructors at no extra cost. During this session, they can introduce you to the gym, or assist in creating a personalized fitness regimen aligned with your training objectives. To schedule such a session, feel free to visit the fitness desk and inquire about the available options.
