Did you know that regularly doing the handstand has a positive impact on your health? You work on your core and improve your overall body balance. Also, doing regular handstands increase your blood circulation and lymph flow.

Always wondered what it would be like to walk with your hands? Let’s turn the world upside down and learn how to do a handstand in 7 weeks!

 

In this course, you will strengthen your whole body using your shoulders, arms, core, and back, to be able to do the handstand.

We will start the course by getting to know the basics. After the important basics, we will start with a handstand against the wall. You will also learn how to assist others. In each class, we will make the exercises more difficult. After 7 weeks, you will hopefully be able to walk with your hands!

After each class, you will receive a couple of exercises to practice at home, so you can keep getting better and better.

Kjeld Rietman

As a kid, Kjeld did gymnastics and after a few years of practicing himself, he also started teaching. A few years ago, he already taught a handstand class at X. As this was received very positively, Kjeld would like to help more people with improving their handstand skills. His teaching style leads back to his work in fitness and personal training. Kjeld likes to teach enthusiastically and with humor, and finds it extremely important to include everybody in his classes.
