The Mixed Moves class is for anyone who wants to work on their fitness, strengthen their body, lose weight or stay in shape. The lesson consists of three parts each lasting fifteen to twenty minutes. The lesson is not complicated and accessible to everyone.

Mixed Moves consists of three components, each lasting 15 to 20 minutes. The lesson starts with a nice, energetic warming, including a short choreography. Then you will work on your strength and condition, involving a step or other form of aerobics. The moves are quite easy, which makes it ideal to learn steps. Moreover, it’s good for your leg muscles and glutes! We end with a number of muscle-strengthening exercises. The abdominals will never be skipped. Occassionaly, it will be in the form of an interval training and/or in pairs.

Cindy Meijer

Cindy studied at the Academy for Physical Education. Furthermore, she followed various sports instructor courses like: a Step instructor course, a course Total Body Conditioning, Ground Control Pilates and Power Yoga. Since 1994 she works as a trainer for Aerobics, Tae Bo and Pilates.
