Padel comes from Spain, where it is already bigger than tennis itself, and the second most played sport in the country after football. Padel is a combination of tennis and squash. You play two against two on a court with four glass walls. The technique is simple and that makes it an accessible sport. After 5 minutes of practice, you can often already play rallies. Also, padel is a very spectacular sport: it is fast, there is a lot of action and it can be played tactically!

This course is suitable for anyone who wants to learn padel and has little or no experience. During the 7-week beginners' course, the basics of padel will be discussed. During the course, you will learn the rules of the game and the different techniques under the guidance of a professional Padelcity trainer.
