On Thursday evenings, Boost focuses on mental well-being. Is the stress caused by studying making you unwell? Or are there problems at home that are worrying you? Is there another student whom you'd really like to help but don't know how? If the answer is yes, don't hesitate to drop in at Boost. During our walk-in consultation times, one of our two counsellors will gladly answer any questions you may have about these or other issues. They offer free advice and are glad to help you think through possible follow-up steps. Don't hesitate to come along if you could do with some help.
