Get your boost of energy with our Boxing versus Bootcamp outdoor workout. Or feel fully rested and relaxed during the Guided Meditation Walk. Maximum experience, minimum noise troubles for others!

There will be two different workouts: an active Bootcamp versus Boxing at 17:45 and a relaxing Guided Meditation Walk which will start at 19:00. Both last for one hour.

After a short explanation by the instructor you will receive your headset. When everybody is set, you will move somewhere on campus for the outdoor workout. Is it raining? No worries, we will provide rain poncho’s or will try to find a (somewhat) dry spot somewhere.
