Note that this year for the first time we have included Crisis Management instead of Supply Chain Information Security, as the latter is covered to a degree in the first 3 modules.

TU Delft - Risk Management Summer Course

Learn from corporate and academic (including international) guest speakers, how to protect an organisation against pandemics, flood, cyber attacks, supply chain disruptions, aviation/chemical/other risks… and achieve better  Crisis Management and Business Continuity capability.

This annual Summer Course is always refreshed with the latest best practice and case studies. It’s the perfect way to familiarise yourself with real-life business risks, and how to implement controls to reduce their impact and likelihood.

Week 1 of this special program features the popular world standards on Risk Management (ISO 31000) Business Continuity (ISO 22301), including a disaster drill exercise that enhances participants’ scenario planning skills.

Week 2 covers Information Security Management (ISO 27001) and Crisis Management (ISO 22361) including a data breach simulation game and crisis response case studies,

The ISO exams are governed by the world wide established Professional Evaluation and Certification Board (PECB), providing you with the latest international credentials after passing the exam and getting global certification.

Note:

  • The course is highly practical, includes a range of industry experts presenting, and some self-study is still required before and/or after the programme before taking the online exam(s) after the course, at your own leisure and your own location on any Windows laptop.
  • In order to earn the full 3 ECT points, full 2-week attendance and a case study week attendance and a case study post-program are required. The subject code (vakcode) is ID5113.
