Workshop on Values and Value Assessment in AI

23 november 2022 09:00 t/m 14:00 - Locatie: Pulse, Room Square | Zet in mijn agenda

The Design for Values Institute and Digital Ethics Centre invite all to a workshop on Values and value assessment, taking place on Nov 23rd from 9 – 14 at Pulse Square (Landbergstraat 19, 2628 CE Delft).

In this hybrid workshop we will look at both the theory and practice of embedding values into AI systems. What are values, how do we embed them in AI systems and how can we then assess whether this embedding was successful? In upcoming and recent standards (for the EU AI Act and the IEEE P7000 standard) such questions play an important role, but they are generally important: how will we embed and assess values with autonomous systems? We look forward to discussing these issues with you.
