Community-driven research: lessons no one talks about
Upon joining TU Delft as a PhD researcher at TU Delft Faculty of Architecture, Boram Kim recognized the need for a discussion and guidance for PhDs interested in participatory research. In her presentation she will discuss her involvement in participatory research (Citizen Science) as an activist, community member and researcher. She led the development and implementation of a seminar based on her practical experience in the field. Boram will share lessons learned from the field and the PhD seminar, and will open the floor for discussion and questions.
This meeting is an opportunity to meet others who are interested in Citizen Science/participatory research and discuss topics of interest/concern, as well as find support and guidance for your project ideas.
Lunch will be provided. Please, make sure to register for the event to ensure lunch.
