Stress Release Workshop

The 10th of October marks the World Mental Health Day. Studying hard all year round can result into a lot of stress, and that’s why here at X we want to help you release some of the tension. Are you ready to let yourself go?
We’ve invited professionals* that are familiar with releasing stress and will help you work on your mental health through physical exercises. During this three-hour workshop you’ll practice becoming more grounded, which means being able to inhabit yourself in such a way that it has a positive effect on your body & mind. You’ll practice letting go of thoughts and being present in the moment with the help of various exercises like bioenergetics, shaking, breathing, sounding and movement.
This workshop is for an intimate group of max 20 people. The goal is to find a moment to let go of all the things that you worry about, to try new helpful techniques to release tensions and get out of your comfort zone. Do you think you can let yourself go?
