The PATO Foundation
This Dutch foundation aims to help engineers worldwide gain new competencies. Since 2015, it has founded the development of 14 online courses in topics of great importance to society, such as the energy transition, sustainable housing and transportation, and cyber security.
These courses have already benefited thousands of learners. They have also paved new learning pathways from MOOC to TU Delt degree programs, to scaling up professional education, and to supporting alumni in becoming lifelong learners.
