The number of connected devices is growing at a high speed, changing the way we produce and consume products and services. My research explores the role of IoT in the design and implementation of circular solutions. Using data from smart, connected products, companies can improve the resource efficiency and profitability of product-service-systems. Together with my supervisory team and master students, I aim to clarify and assess the capability of IoT technology as an enabler of circular solutions, and to help companies develop sustainable IoT solutions.
