Anne-Madeleine Kranzbühler is assistant professor of Customer Experience at the Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering. Her main research interests include customer experience, customer journeys, and consumer decision making.
Academic Background
Anne Kranzbühler joined the PIM group as Assistant Professor in Marketing in September 2018. Previously, she has worked for one year at the Communication Science department of the University of Amsterdam. Anne obtained her PhD in 2018 from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam in collaboration with the Marketing consultancy firm VODW. Her research interests include customer experience, customer journeys, and consumer decision making. Methodologically, she likes to combine experimental research with the analysis of datasets from practice.
