Ir. Nijdam, J.A.C.

Jesse Nijdam is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering. He is interested in how designers can better interact and work together with the intelligent systems emerging in their field. Since November 2020, Jesse is working as a PhD candidate at the Department of Organisation and Strategy (IDE). In his PhD, he will be analysing design processes and developing interventions towards a future in which AI is another tool in the designers’ toolbox that enables them to work more creatively and effectively.

Furthermore, he has an interest in interactive and real-time computer visualisations, such as creating Virtual Reality applications.
