MSc. Peeters, A.L.

Anna-Louisa Peeters is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering.

As a Transition Designer, Anna's work revolves around the research and development of design interventions to foster societal transitions. She strongly believes we can ensure a sustainable future for next generations if we connect with one another and the natural world around us. Be it through a product, a service, an environment or eye to eye.

Her PhD research focuses on the Protein Shift, where she seeks to understand how designers can apply reframing to help accelerate our collective dietary transition from animal proteins to mostly plant-based proteins. The NWO project is run in collaboration with the University of Wageningen, the University of Utrecht and several non-academic partners.
