Vivian Tunn is PhD candidate and Marie Skłodowska-Curie Research Fellow at the Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering.

Academic Background

Vivian is a PhD candidate in the Product Innovation and Management department and the Design Engineering department of the faculty of Industrial Design Engineering. She is part of the EU project Circ€uit that connects 15 PhD candidates across 7 universities and 5 countries. Her research focuses on the circular economy, more specifically on circular business models and how these can lead to sustainable consumer behaviour.

She completed her Master’s degree at the University of Bath in Innovation and Technology Management. Her Bachelor’s degree was a sandwich degree during which she spent 50 percent of the time working in industry.

Vivian worked at a small consultancy for local energy suppliers and at the human resource services firm Randstad during her Bachelor’s degree. After completing her Master’s degree she worked in Business to Business marketing in the United Kingdom and got engaged in education during her internship at UNICEF in Jordan.
