Peter van Waart, MA, works at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. He is responsible for the Honours Programme and the Innovation Lab Co-creation in the Public Domain. Peter initiated Sensor Lab in which students experiment with sensor technology and public screens and he is one of the initiators of Rotterdam Open Data. He received his Master degree from the Faculty of Social Sciences of Radboud University Nijmegen. Currently, he is establishing his PhD research on human values and design of meaningful technology at the Delft University of Technology. In 2010, Peter is Member of Council, an advisory think-tank on Internet of Things.
