Biography
Femke de Jonge is a Brand and Design Strategist and founder of creative consultancy ‘The Young’. She obtained a BSc and cum laude MSc from the faculty of Industrial Design Engineering at Delft University of Technology with a specialization in brand strategy and brand experience design. Directly after her design education, Femke joined Fatboy in the Netherlands to work as Marketing manager and Brand Director for five years.
As founder of The Young, she’s been working with many agencies and brands across the globe in the furniture, telecom and automotive industry. The Young specializes in brand (experience) development, portfolio innovation and retail strategy. Aiming for tangible design translations and unique narratives, Femke understands how to create meaningful change for startups to multinationals.
