Postdoc

This form is only for the registration of new Postdoc at one of the participating groups in the JM Burgerscentrum.

After registration of the new Postdoc, one will receive a confirmation. This means that in the future the UD/UHD will receive all information from the Burgerscentrum.

NB1 : This registration form may also be submitted by the groups’ secretary.
NB2 : It is desirable to officially inform the JM Burgerscentrum when the participation is terminated. This should be done by using the ‘de-registration’ form.
