Expertise: Remote Sensing, Geospatial Data Analysis, Crop Growth Modeling, Machine Learning

As of March 1st, 2023, I am a Data Stewards for the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geosciences. I earned my MSc and PhD from Hiroshima University Japan in precision agriculture using remote sensing. Afterwards, I worked as a postdoc at the University of Twente, utilizing big geospatial data to make agriculture more sustainable. My daily work with geospatial data has strengthened my passion for open science. As a Data Steward, I actively assist and advise researchers on regulatory compliance with DMPs, FAIR, and GDPR, and develop and implement data and software management strategies for the CEG faculty. I and the other data steward of the faculty are the first point of contact for any questions related to research data and software management.

How to find me: I work Monday-Friday 9:00-17:30 and when on campus I am in Building 23, Room 2.36. You can always contact me via email.
