Dr. Dimitrios Zarouchas

Dimitrios Zarouchas is assistant professor in the Structural integrity & Composites Group of Aerospace Engineering Faculty of Delft University of Technology. He holds a PhD on progressive damage modeling and SHM of composite structures. He does research on the field of diagnostics and prognostics of composite structures by blending computational mechanics, in-situ monitoring techniques and probabilistic modeling. He has published more than 40 papers in high impact international journals and conferences. Dimitrios Zarouchas is the principal investigator of two (CleanSky and Interreg) and project Coordinator of one European projects (H2020 Smart, green and integrated transport).
