Competency Development Guide

The  Competency Development Guide can help you and your supervisor to review your competences and your current level.
You can define which competences require attention, discuss with your supervisor and assess your current performance level. After that you can define which development actions can be taken. There are courses available but of course there are also other actions you can take to work on your skills and competences (learning on-the-job activities, discussing with peers, online/blended learning, observing, 360 feedback, feedback from peers etc.).
