Almost all of the CME students have found work within 3 months of graduation. CME graduates typically accept positions as management trainees at large companies within the building industry, but also in other sectors. Many currently work in large multinationals such as Shell, and in consultancy firms like McKinsey, but most of them work at large (international) engineering firms like Van Oort, Royal Haskoning, Heijmans, DHV, PRC, Ballast Nedam and BAM.
CME graduates are equally comfortable speaking to technical experts and engineers, as to management, and often work in interdisciplinary environments. They have a systematic approach to problem solving, think analytically, discern linkage between technical and social aspects of a situation, and are adept at recognizing common patterns linking issues across domain boundaries.
