Premaster Programme

The CME programme is open to students with a university Bachelor degree in Architecture. Civil Engineering or Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis & Management or any other equivalent program. Students with a Dutch higher vocational institute Bachelor degree (HBO) or students with a university Bachelor degree other than those mentioned above can only be admitted to the Master CME after finalising the Bridging Programme CME (Premaster). One of the most important questions before starting at university is: what is it going to cost? Studying involves various costs including your tuition fees, study expenses (books and materials), accommodation costs and insurance.

Financial aid

Assuming you satisfy the criteria, studying at a university will entitle Dutch students to a basic student grant.
