"Nanobiology was the perfect option. The programme’s subject matter is a fantastic continuation of my previous studies, and in addition I especially appreciate its flexibility in that you are free to choose a number of electives from different departments."

"My previous educational background is quite specific. I’m a BSc graduate of the Department of Biological and Medical Physics at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Russia, where my majors were Mathematics, Physics and Biology. After completing that I wanted to find a Master’s degree which would dovetail perfectly with my existing knowledge and also allow me to continue my studies at the cutting edge of science. Nanobiology was the perfect option. The programme’s subject matter is a fantastic continuation of my previous studies, and in addition I especially appreciate its flexibility in that you are free to choose a number of electives from different departments. My impression is that Nanobiology is really open to different approaches to tackle biological problems. I would definitely say that I’m very satisfied with the programme and that it completely fulfils my expectations. I want to continue my career in research and do a PhD, and I think Nanobiology will give me an incredible boost in terms of research and learning skills.

I haven’t encountered any real difficulties with my studies or in integrating into the community, but whenever I did have problems everybody was very friendly and eager to help. Moreover, in my opinion the Netherlands is a great country and Delft especially is a very nice place to live and study. So I highly recommend this programme for those interested in biology and technical sciences."
