- For each Bachelor’s degree programme, the faculties may indicate specific courses as an admission requirement, for example with regard to the combination of courses or eliminating deficiencies. See the information on the subject matter related admission requirements concerning the temporary regulation for conditional admission with a propaedeutic certificate from a university of applied sciences (HBO-P).
- The possibility to take Bachelor’s courses without having completed the HBO-P ceases on 31 December 2022.

The completion recommendation comprises a statement from the HBO institution signed on behalf of the Board of Examiners stating that the student can reasonably be expected to have completed the first (propaedeutic) year of the HBO programme in question by 1 January 2023. This document should be submitted before 1 August. A list of credits that still need to be obtained, along with the date when this should be possible, is also required.
