About Wilbert Prinssen
After finishing his bachelor and master in Mechanical Engineering, specialising in Systems & Control, at Technical University Delft in 2000, Wilbert has pursued his career in Bayer Leverkusen, TNT and PostNL, mainly in innovation driving roles between business and IT. Wilbert has worked on innovations in tactical chemical process planning, international postal and customs logistics, large scale parcel tracking and  and highly-automised sorting operations. In 2010 he graduated cum laude as a Master of Information Management at TiasNimbas Business School.

Nowadays Wilbert Prinssen is business unit director at Technolution (Gouda), an innovative system integrator (200 employees) that he joined in 2013 to head its engagement in the market segment Energy and Asset Control. Technolution views Energy as a key market due to the large societal challenges and the exciting opportunities for technology to deliver solutions for customers such as Stedin, Eneco, Enexis, Greenchoice, Alliander, DNV GL, KPN and TATA Steel.
