Dr. Avishreshth Singh is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Section of Pavement Engineering at Delft University of Technology (TUD), the Netherlands. Before joining TUD, he worked as a Project Scientist at the Indian Institute of Technology Tirupati (IITT), Andhra Pradesh, India. He obtained doctoral degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the IITT, India. He has more than nine years of experience teaching and mentoring students at polytechnic, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. His research interests include: pavement sustainability, porous pavement technology, circularity assessment of roadway infrastructure, pervious concrete pavement construction and design, and lifecycle assessment of building materials and civil infrastructure. He serves as an Editorial Board Member of the Resources Conservation and Recycling Advances Journal. He is also a young member of the RILEM society and a lifetime member of various prestigious groups such as Indian Roads Congress and Institution of Engineers India. He has authored / co-authored and contributed over three dozen research papers in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences, sixteen technical reports, and five press articles till date.
