Dr. Vasso Reppa is an Assistant Professor with the Maritime and Transport Technology Department and the Principal investigator of the SAFE-NET research group (https://www.safe-net.team/)
She received the Doctorate degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Patras, Rio, Greece in 2010. From 2006 to 2008 she worked as a Scientific Collaborator with Patras Science Park S.A. (Greece) , while in 2009, she joined the Storage Technologies Department, IBM Zurich Research Laboratory (Switzerland) as a student intern. From 2011 to 2017, she was a Postdoctoral Researcher and Research Associate with the KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence (Cyprus). In November 2013, Dr. Reppa was awarded the Marie Curie Intra European Fellowship for the research project âFUTuRISMâ and worked as a Research Fellow with CentraleSupĂ©lec, University of Paris-Saclay (Gif-sur-Yvette, France) from 2014 to 2016. She was also a visiting researcher with the Imperial College (United Kingdom) and University of Newcastle (Australia).
