The students enrolled in the Architecture Program are taught the skills they need to make major contributions to designing and planning our human living space, to create our future buildings for living, for working, and recreation, to invent indoor concepts, and construct quarters and districts or whole areas of settlement. Architects laying the foundations for optimum environmental quality, for living and working conditions that offer society all opportunities to develop must be trained and taught to realize the technical scope, the economic potentials and, most of all, the inventive options of designing a future world through scientifically based creative syntheses. In addition, they must be prepared comprehensively to react on the ever changing requirements of their future architectural profession. Such skills are ensured through education that emphasizes practice and research while activating teaching expertise and findings.
