Composition thesis committee
Three months before the planned thesis defence, the student, together with the responsible professor (thesis adviser) compiles a definite thesis committee and sends the corresponding form in for approval to the Board of Examiners.
From November 1 2020 onwards the rules regarding the composition of the thesis committee will change slightly: instead of three core members, the committee only needs two core members (three is still an option). Additional rules do not change, and therefore still apply (e.g.: one of the (two) core members must be from a different field and is a full professor, associate or assistant professor of an university). For more detailed information see the thesis committee form and article 28 of the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Examiners.
You can find the form here.
