Make sure you do not forget to sign up for the course(s) you would like to take at the Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment in the semester following your study abroad period. Notification of the enrolment period will be sent via ‘student-email’, so make sure that this email account is activated and that you check it regularly while you are abroad or have it automatically forwarded to your private email account. Please keep in mind that if you forget to enroll you can’t follow courses when you return to Delft.

Bachelor students changing their courses during their stay abroad, must send a new request for approval to the Board of Examiners (free minor form) and upload the new version in Mobility Online.
Additional step for students with an Erasmus+ grant: Next to the approval (free minor form) you also need to upload a changed Learning Agreement (During Mobility part) in Mobility Online. Some grants need a Statement of Host Institution. The form will be sent to you by the finance department of Erasmus+, STIR or another grant. Have the dates of arrival and departure filled in and have the statement signed by the host institution before you return to The Netherlands!
