In general, exchange students at RMIT are allowed to take any courses available as long as they meet the pre-requisites.
Note that there are some restirctions that are listed on their website. The student is required to take at least 48 RMIT credit points (4 courses).
RMIT also offers culture courses exclusively for exchange students.

The University of Queensland, or UQ, is ranked among the top 100 universities in the world by QS World University Ranking 2018 and offers more than 4000 courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Located in Queensland capital, Brisbane, the university’s location is ideal for study and recreation.

The University of Queensland offers a wide range of course at all of their six faculties. Information can be found here. Some courses offered by UQ are pre-approved for Study Abroad and Exchange students.This means that you don't need any special permission from UQ to enrol in the course. You can still apply for courses that aren't pre-approved, but will need to show that you have met the pre-requisites.
Exchange students have to take a minimum of 8 credit units (=30 ECTS) during one semester at UQ.

Students may take any combination of courses from the Faculty of Architecture, the Faculty of Science and the Melbourne School of Engineering. There are pre-requisites for some courses which can be found in the handbook and some faculties have restricted courses, that are not open for exchange students. Queensland University of Technology, or QUT, is a highly successful Australian university with an applied emphasis in courses and research. While they are based in Brisbane, Queensland, they have a global outlook.

QUT has pre-approved units for exchange students, but you are also free to apply for any other course. In that case, approval from QUT faculties can take up to 4 weeks. The standard study load is 4 units, but you are recommended to select at least 8 units per semester to allow for timetable changes and clashes.
QUT generally does not allow students to follow units from the 3rd year if they are not related to their major back home.

Students can apply for the Residential College, but places are very limited. Off-campus student housing can be booked online before arrival.
Curtin University is located in Western Australia in Perth. Curtin is divided into five discipline-based study areas. The university has a strong international focus with campuses in Singapore, Malaysia and Dubai.

You can select courses from any field of study, with restrictions on nursing, occupational therapy, pharmacy and physiotherapy, which require you to be undertaking a degree in these fields. Students are always required to check whether they meet the pre-requisites for a course. When selecting courses that have pre-requisites your selection will be sent to the faculty for approval. In the handbook is an overview of the units provided. A Curtin unit is generally worth 25 credits. You are required to take a minimum of 75 credits (=3 units) and a maximum of 100 credits.
You can select courses from pre-approved units, or make your own selection via the handbook.
Please, ensure you meet the pre-requisite required for the units. Units with a value between 1000-3000 are undergraduate. 4000, 5000 and 6000-level units are postgraduate units.

The courses are English-taught.
Curtin requires a proof of a sufficient English language level, explained here. For Dutch students this can be proven with a pass in the English component of the VWO diploma. International students can use the proof or results which were also handed in when applying at TU Delft.
