Grade Point Average, Transcript of records
A copy of your BSc and MSc (if applicable) GPA and academic transcript(s). You may request your GPA and transcript of records at the Service Point of IDE or by sending them an e-mail from your TU Student email account to Servicepunt-IO@tudelft.nl or via SPA Industrieel Ontwerpen by sending an e-mail to SPA-IO@tudelft.nl. Confirmation of Language proficiency
If applicable, a copy of your VWO transcript to show you have passed foreign languages such as German, French, Spanish or Chinese.
A clear and relevant curriculum vitae (resume) written in English. In case your study progress is not nominal, also provide a study plan with this document.
Once you have applied by filling out the application form, we will divide the exchange places among the students. We base the selection on the available places, the interest of the students, your GPA, study progress, motivation letter and CV.
Please provide us with your top three of partner universities and we will try to give every student the place of his/her preference. For the reason we have a the limited number of places available at each partner university, it will not always be possible to honour your first choice.
For some universities you will need a portfolio, please be aware of this and start thinking about making one. You don't need a portfolio for applying for an exchange place at IDE, but you may need it when applying at the partner university.
