DUTCH2USA Internship fund
This grant has been established to maintain and strengthen relations between the United States of America and the Netherlands.
DUTCH2USA awards grants to high-achieving, low-income Dutch Students who have studied in the Netherlands education system who wish to pursue internships in the United States of America. Award recipients complete professional internships spanning a whole host of industries – from business to medical to humanities – across the United States.
“The intent of the Dutch2USA Internship Program is to further the career prospects of minority and economically disadvantaged students, who might otherwise be denied the opportunity to pursue their professional ambitions. When in the United States, these Dutch students will serve as ambassadors of the Netherlands, fostering deeper understanding between our two countries. They will bring back valuable stories about their U.S. experience when they return home.” -John Padget

Cultuurfonds- beurzen
Wil jij volgend jaar verder studeren in het buitenland?
Het Cultuurfonds biedt beurzen aan voor studie en onderzoek in het buitenland. Met je HBO bachelor of WO master in het vooruitzicht kun je bij ons tussen 1 februari en 1 april 2022 een studiebeurs aanvragen. Dit geldt voor alle studies, van een afgeronde kunstacademie bachelor tot een master geneeskunde.

VSB Fonds
The VSBfonds grant offers Dutch students financial support when going abroad after finishing their bachelor or master studies. So when you decide to continue your studies or research abroad you can apply for the VSBfonds. The VSBfonds has made several grants available for TU Delft students, whom are involved with their community and want to continue their development. Applications are open from September 1 to March 1.

Did you know that the German academic exchange service DAAD provides scholarships to Dutch students for following a summer course, (part of) a master's degree or doing research in Germany?
To be in with a chance of winning such a grant of 1,061 euros (summer course) or 861 to 1,200 euros per month (master's or research) for next year, you must apply before 1 December!

StuD is the employment agency for TU Delft students. It is a non-profit organisation which invests its profits into funds for TU Delft students. They specifically support students who go abroad for projects relating to sustainability, entrepreneurship or social issues. No study trips or internships abroad.

Fundatie Vrijvrouwe van Renswoude Delft
The Fundatie van de Vrijvrouwe van Renswoude offers scholarships up to 2.500 for gifted students from Delft University of Technology, planning to do a project abroad in the framework of their Bachelor- or Master study. Interested students are requested to send a project proposal to Postbus 24074-2490 AB Den Haag or LJM.Rothkrantz@gmail.com.
A project proposal should include the following documents:

TU Delft | Global Initiative
TU Delft | Global Initiative is the platform for Science and Technology for Global Development at TU Delft. TU Delft | Global Initiative focusses its research on pressing global challenges, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa and South-East Asia, with the aim to come up with concrete solutions to worldwide problems. These solutions can only be found with a multidisciplinary approach and in close cooperation and co-creation with local partners.
Student Project Support
For students performing a research project (of at least 2 weeks or more) in low and middle income countries contributing to solving the Sustainable Development Goals, TU Delft | Global Initiative offers support of max. € 500,- per team or €250,- for an individual student.

Amgen Scholars Program
Every year, the Amgen Scholars Europe Programme provides 75 selected undergraduate students throughout Europe with the opportunity to engage in a hands-on research experience at many of Europe’s premier educational institutions.
As Amgen Scholars, students will have the opportunity to:
• Take part in important university research projects, gain hands-on lab experience, and contribute to the advancement of science;
• Interact with and receive guidance from faculty mentors, including some of Europe’s top academic scientists; and
• Participate in engaging scientific seminars, workshops, and other networking events. Application has started at November 1 and lasts until February 1 noon (CET).

We invite you to apply for an international research internship at Tel-Hai College in Israel.
Help find answers to the world food problem!
Come and do scientific research at Tel-Hai College in Israel.
Located in one of the most beautiful regions of Israel, our internship programs offer a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on research experience within the laboratories of Tel-Hai College and MIGAL Galilee Research Institute, Tel-Hai's affiliated research institute.
The research topics are varied and focus on agriculture, food-tech, biotechnology, nutritional science and the environment.
In collaboration with the foundation JNF Holland, scholarships are offered for applicants to cover flights, accommodation and living expenses, for a period of 3-4 months.
Relevant candidates will be invited for an interview (via zoom).

Vulcanus in Japan
The programme VULCANUS IN JAPAN offers industrial placements in companies in Japan to EU and SMP-COSME university students of engineering, high-tech or other scientific fields, enrolled -when applying- in between the 4th official year of studies and the penultimate year of PhD.
The students follow:
- a seminar on Japan,
- a four-month intensive Japanese language course,
- an eight-month traineeship in a Japanese company.
Objectives
- To study the range of advanced technologies employed by a leading Japanese host company.
- To learn Japanese and to understand and appreciate Japanese culture with a view to an enriching one year experience abroad.
- To be well placed in your future career to interact with Japanese businesses and people.
The programme lasts one year, from September 2023 to August 2024.
Applications must be submitted online, by 20 January 2023.
To prepare the application, students must obtain some documents from the university, including a certificate of enrolment (or equivalent document) in English.

FulbrightCenter
The Fulbright Program is a world-wide bilateral grant program for students and scholars and is active in over 160 countries. In the Netherlands, the Fulbright Center manages the program. The Fulbright Center offers approximately 10 grants each year of $35,000 for Dutch students to study at graduate level (Master or in some cases research) at an American university. The deadline for application is in January for grants for the next academic year. There are also grants for Dutch PhD students and scholars. For more information, please see www.fulbright.nl.

Students 4 Sustainability
The foundation Students4Sustainability (S4S) is a student organisation with the goal of motivating students to apply innovative technologies in real life, thus facilitating the transition to a more sustainable world. With 100% of the money received from donations, S4S offers financial support to technical projects in developing countries. The funding is meant for any TU Delft student (BSc/MSc) willing to set up such a project abroad. The sponsorship only covers material costs.

Swiss-European Mobility Programme (SEMP) Scholarship
SEMP is the Swiss Programme for Erasmus+ for higher education and is available to students wishing to attend a Swiss host institute for traineeship purposes.
The Swiss Government issues this grant and it is directly paid by the Swiss host institute.
This grant ranges from CHF 380 to CHF 440 a month depending on your country of origin.
Your online application for a SEMP stay at a Swiss university is also an automatic application for the grant.
