Norah de knuffelhond

Norah the Cuddledog

18 November 12:45 - 14:45

On Friday 18 November there will be an anti-stress dog called Norah at the TU Delft Library to help students taking a break and recharge from stress. Norah is hypoallergic, fluffy and loves to cuddle! There are time-slots available to ensure that Norah can give you undivided attention. There also will be time scheduled to take selfies and pictures. Make sure to claim your cuddle spot and sign up at the Library desk! You can bring one fellow student.

Cuddling for at least 20 seconds promotes the production of Oxytocin in the brain, this reduces stress, heart rate and blood pressure. All of these contribute to being able to study more effectively. That's why Norah always visits the Library during exam periods to cuddle. Check this preview: https://youtu.be/BOTJpYpNm7s
