Profile
Maarten ‘t Hoen is a PhD researcher in the Transport and Logistics group of the faculty Technology, Policy and Management. He completed his master (MSc) in Civil Engineering in 2012, with a specialization in transport planning. Maarten is working on his PhD part-time, next to his work at CE Delft.
Research
My PhD research topic are Policy implications of the effect of mobile ICT on Travel Time Budgets. My main interest is in transport models and the extent to which they can be used to improve policy making. In my work, the concept of sustainable transport plays an important role.
