Profile
My name is Anna Marie de Ruijter and I am a junior researcher at TU Delft’s Transport & Logistics group, with a focus on the appraisal methodology Participatory Value Evaluation. I have a background in Business Economics (BSc) and Finance (MSc) and obtained these grades at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam.
Research
My research intersects finance with other disciplines such as business, economics, sustainability, health care and political science. My Master thesis focused on the field of corporate finance, specifically the interaction effect between (possible) credit rating changes and working capital management. I am currently working on two (NWO) PVE projects, that focus on renewable energy sources in Amsterdam and the COVID-19 vaccination readiness of Dutch citizens.
- Collaborate in the NWO PVE project of the TU Delft: promoting social acceptance of sustainable energy policies (transition of natural gas to green alternatives) related to the new climate agreement, in the neighbourhood Nieuwe Sloten in Amsterdam.
- Co-author in the DCE COVID-19 vaccination readiness of Dutch citizens, together with professionals and researchers from Maastricht University, Erasmus University Rotterdam, Roskilde University Denmark and the Dutch National Institute for the Public Health (RIVM).
