S. (Suvayu) Ali
Profile
I am a former Experimental High-Energy Physicist. I was a member of the ATLAS and LHCb collaborations at CERN. I have also worked as a data scientist in the logistics and e-commerce sectors in India.
Research
Currently I’m interested in effectively using computing/programming in different research contexts. Among my goals:
- enable open research, data sharing, reproducibility
- facilitate research in new directions aided by scientific software.
In the past I have worked with gene sequencing data, currently I’m working with energy system models within the SENTINEL project. I have developed an interest in medical or health data and would like to take that forward, and help build more accountable healthcare systems of the future.
