Dr. N. (Nikos) Pahos

Profile

Nikos Pahos is a Lecturer in Innovation Management at the TU Delft. He lectures the Innovation Management course on companies and innovation.

Before coming to Delft, he obtained his PhD at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). His educational background also includes a Master’s degree in Services Management, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication from AUEB. He has also lectured the course Human Resource Management for the MSc programme in Management Science and Technology of AUEB and has worked as a teaching assistant in HRM and Management courses during his doctoral studies.

Research

Nikos’ research interests are in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM) and Performance, with a focus on Innovative Performance. During his PhD, he investigated the associations between HRM functions and specific aspects of employee and group performance, under the effects of age diversity. He is currently working on research projects that deal with people management and Innovation, as well as with associations between team diversity and innovation into project teams.
