C. (Christine) Milchram MSc
Profile
Christine Milchram works as a PhD researcher in the field of values and acceptability of smart grid systems since February 2016.
In 2012, Christine graduated from the University of Vienna, where she studied International Business Administration. Prior to her PhD, Christine worked for several years as a strategy consultant in the field of sustainability, focusing on the automotive and electric utilities industry, smart city, and smart mobility.
Research
Christine’s research focuses on the identification of innovative organizational models of smart energy systems in support of moral values, thereby enhancing their moral acceptability and social acceptance.
Christine’s PhD research is part of an NWO-MVI funded project entitled “Capturing the Societal Value of Smart Energy Systems”.
The project aims to identify innovative organizational models of smart energy systems that take moral values into account and are more robust to value conflicts.
