I always had an interest on understanding what and how people think when they decide to do something. I combined this interest in the past as a junior researcher on investigating the consumer’s preferences of people towards a more sustainable environment or reducing the impacts of ocean acidification. I had the opportunity of combining my passion for economics and statistical methods to provide answers with policy impact.

Today, I believe PVE goes to the frontier to answer these type of questions. Moreover, I believe PVE provides broader opportunities to go deeper on how people make their choices when they charge the responsibility of the policy maker, going beyond a mere consumer. Also, the novelty of PVE gives me the chance of testing new frameworks and approaches to investigate people’s behaviour.
