How can I recover/change the password of my personal PointSolutions account?

If you are unable to access your existing personal PointSolutions account. You can change your password by following these instructions:

  1. Go to
  2. Fill in your TU Delft email and click on Next.
  3. Click on Forgot your password?.
  4. An email with instructions to reset your password will be sent to your email.
