Plant a tree on the TU Delft Campus - sign up!

News - 05 March 2024

On Wednesday 20 March, we celebrate National Tree Day! Employees and students can plant trees in Berlage Park near the Science Centre. Together, we ensure greater biodiversity on campus. Sign up via the link below.

TU Delft aims to become an 'EcoCampus', a place where people and nature live together. Greater biodiversity ensures a healthy ecosystem and contributes to a climate-adaptive campus. By planting trees together, we take a step closer to our ambition; a carbon neutral, climate-adaptive and circular campus in 2030, with a focus on biodiversity and quality of life.

Planting trees together on campus

On Wednesday 20 March, employees and students can plant trees under the guidance of Green Manager René Hoonhout and EcoCampus policy maker Tim Tabak. They will tell more about the EcoCampus, its current biodiversity and help plant the trees.
