On 14 May, the lecture 'Domesticity in Denmark' takes place. It is organised in collaboration with Royal Danish Academy and University of Copenhagen by Situated Architecture Group and ARGUS.
Natalie Koerner (Royal Danish Academy) and Henriette Steiner (University of Copenhagen) shed a light on the topic of Domesticity in the context of the developments of an early modern western society (1500-1800) and the Danish welfare state (1930-1980). The lectures question the role and position of women reformers and architects at times gender and diversity were largely wrapped in stereotypes.
