Elvin Isufi
I am an Assistant Professor in the Multimedia Computing Group at Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), The Netherlands and co-director of AIdrolab. Prior to that, I spent the first six months of 2019 as a Postdoctoral Researcher at The University of Pennsylvania (UPENN) in the department of Electrical and Systems Engineering hosted by Prof. Alejandro Ribeiro. In Jan. 2019 I completed my Ph. D. in the Circuits and Systems Group at TU Delft with advisor Prof. Geert Leus. I received the M. Sc. Degree (cum laude) in Telecommunications and Electronic Engineering from The University of Perugia, Italy, in 2014 under the supervision of Prof. Paolo Banelli.
My broad research interests are in fundamental analysis and processing of network data and in learning meaningful representations to better understand their behavior. In particular, I focus on graph signal processing, graph neural networks, graph-time analysis of network dynamics, network systems, and stochastic analysis of graph processes. Currently, I am looking at applications in recommender systems, water networks, and biological networks.
