Looking back on Health Week 2024

News - 28 March 2024 - Communication

Health Week 2024 has come to an end. We look back on a successful week with a programme full of events dedicated to your social, mental, physical and spiritual health.

We spotted many happy faces at events like KaraYoga, Cracking the Chest and F*ck Balance. At Hearthmath & the Art of Appreciation, participants beamed during practising gratitude.  The DelftImprov show was a great success! The auditorium was packed, there were lots of laughs and the actors were showered with roses (a gesture of appreciation for a nice scene). Many of you took the opportunity to learn more important topics, such as hormonal health, nutrition & sports, fellow students' experiences and Me Too Dialogue Etiquette. As for the dialogue on Me Too, it was very valuable, which is why an online tool (Dutch only) is now available for those who could not attend.

We proudly look back an insightful week! We hope you met like-minded people along the way and will continue the health journey at X. We would like to close Health Week 2024 with a selection of the many positive reactions.

Participants of the Intuitive Painting Workshop: "Absolutely fantastic. Exactly what I needed. Had so much fun! Please, we need more of this!" and "Great combination of creativity and mindfulness. Relaxing and really letting go of all judgements."

Heartmath & the Art of Appreciation Workshop participants: "Really great workshop, so interactive and helpful and with new and different ideas and methods. Really highly recommended." With great compliments to the workshop giver: "Your energy & expertise on content was amazing. it was a pleasure to participate and learn from your vibe."

Participants of the Waste to Warmth workshop made candles from fruit waste: "Workshop very fun and (totally) different than expected. Thank you very much""

Participants at the Xperience Talks said the following: "Very inspiring talks and stories. I liked that everyone had something different to say, but that it was still all related :) Thanks for organising! "

See you next year!
